Services at Southwater Parish Church
As your Parish church we serve everyone who lives in our community.
We hold regular Sunday and Weekday services when we join together in worship. If you are too frail or disabled to come to church then we offer home communion.
Look out for our new services!
- Monday morning prayer at 9am, and
- Teatime communion at 5pm on the second and fourth Sundays of each month
We run popular services and events to celebrate Christmas, Easter and other festivals and occasions.
We are also pleased to offer special services, personal and spiritual, to celebrate the momentous occasions in your life.
A Christening or baptism is a special moment in your life, for parents who choose to celebrate their child with a Christening service or if you choose to be baptised later in life.
Weddings are very important occasions for you and your family and friends. We can help you to make it a special day to remember.
When you suffer a bereavement, it is always a difficult time. You may have to organise the service and we can help you with that, ensuring you have a personal and special time of sharing memories and saying goodbye.
Bereavement affects us all in different ways and you may need someone to talk to. Our bereavement counsellor will be happy to see you and anyone struggling after the loss of a loved one.
