Field Day

We had a great day, with lots of fun for the children with different activities all over the field.

The bouncy castles were well used all afternoon, and only stooped to watch the wonderful gymnastic dancing from the junior school team.

Different organisations from the village came to raise awareness of their activities and to raise funds for what they are doing.

Books were sold in aid of a polio hospital in Tanzania.

One of the most popular activities was the really fun fruit machine.  Those who ran it had as much fun as those taking part.

We ended with a really wonderful hog roast, carved for us with surgeon-like skill. 

A missed vocation perhaps?
