Champions Challenge
26th - 29th August 2008
We had a fantastic week at our champions challenge holiday club.
Each day we started in the grandstand, where we began with a warm up and the training tip for the day, had some team challenges, great singing and chanting and lots of fun things going on.
Then we all settled down to watch the drama unfold at Wembley Way school. Sam was a sure thing to be in the school miniball team, but would Jo make it? Curly wanted to make the team too, but wasn't very good at sport. Mrs Ellis their teacher would ultimately have to decide.
It was clearly Time Out for refreshments before trying to improve our personal bests and really enjoying the fantastic games.
We returned to the grandstand to hear or see a story from the Bible, before retreating to our team dug outs to think it through some more.
We then went to the trophy room, where we could make our own trophies and banners before going back to the grandstand for a Champions Challenge, some more songs and a final episode from Wembley Way School.
